Hello,
My name is Kathleen and I am the co-founder of The Urban Market. The purpose of the Urban Market is to earn money through the sale of locally made art and second hand goods. We are especially fond of functional art like pottery, handmade clothing and handmade paper. The money earned form sales will be used to fund workshops in sustainability, for example a basic sewing workshop or a bike repair workshop. We are having the market on Saturday May 30th in Dunn Meadow from 1:00pm – 8:00pm. There will also be live music in Dunn Meadow from 2:00pm – 8:00pm. Dunn Meadow is located on 7th and Indiana.
